Plot Details Emerge for ‘Finding Dory’

‘Finding Nemo’ may have stolen our hearts but it has been over a decade since we’ve gotten to see our favorite animated fish take the silver screen. Pixar blew up in the news when they announced a ‘sort of’ sequel with ‘Finding Dory’ and now we are finally learning a little bit about the project. With ‘Finding Nemo’ being the studios second highest earning film of all time, we know that ‘Dory’ needs to make major waves for the company. Let’s take a look at some of the details to emerge about the film.

Pixar President Jim Morris went on record at Comic-Con Brazil to talk about ‘Finding Dory’. The monolithic President revealed that the majority of the story will occur in the Marine Biology Institute of California, which should place a heavy emphasis on the human element. Morris revealed that this location is a ‘rehab clinic for marine and aquarium life’. One of the film reveals will show that Dory was raised in captivity, amongst other fish in the Institute of California, before being released into the open sea.

Fans of ‘Finding Nemo’ and Pixar in general should be more than relieved to hear this piece of the story leak. For years Pixar has been under fire for their reliance on sequels and their inability to tread new ground. It looks as if, with ‘Finding Dory’, that Pixar is looking to explore new territory with one of their greatest products. Thanks to friend Bruce Levenson for sharing this story.

Toy Story 4 Is Happening in 2017

The last film was 4 years ago and the new film would be out in 2017. The details are still a bit fuzzy, but so far, we know that John Lasseter who direction the first two Toy Story movies would be back for the 4th one. We also know that a “love story” could be on the cards for our favorite toys. The plot would begin right from the point Toy Story 3 left its viewers (in tears) with young Bonnie.

Twitter and Toy Story fans, however, are understandably worried. The third movie left on such a high note that the Toy Story trilogy (not anymore, though) was touted to be one of the best trilogies, getting better with every movie. A friend name Bruce highly recommended the movie, even to adults. No trilogies, except probably ‘Lord of the Rings’, have enjoyed such a success.

Toy Story 3 was a sob fest. The fourth installment would have to be excellent to actually top the magic that was the third movie. Here are some of the best moments of Toy Story 3 –
