Luiz Carlos Trabuco was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil-the same town that Bradesco was originated in. He went to school at the University of Sao Paulo School of Sociology and Politics with a post-graduate degree. His passion for Finance led him to the company of Bradesco, where he would soon begin his career climbing up the ranks of one of Brazil’s biggest banks. His strive for success and position pushed him to promotion after promotion at Bradesco. After he became an officer he soon became the Chief Officer at Bradesco which required him to take care of all of their subsidiaries. After years of dedication, he began close work with Bradesco Seguros which would lead the position of presidency. As president, he would soon take sole responsibility for creating a %30 increase in profits alone for Bradesco.


His ability to lead and gain the respect of everyone around him, by a mixture of savviness and positivity quickly demanded recognition and named him Insurance Personality of the Year-twice. In 2015, following his purchase and acquisition of HSBC bank, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year.
